New Terms and Conditions as below:
~ Exchange rate is USD1 = S$1.37 (No refund or additional even if amount charged to credit card is lower)
~ Spree cap USD200-250
~ Shipping from US to S'pore by Vpost
~ I will make sure that the orders are correct at the time it is placed. I will not be liable if they deliver the wrong item.
~ I will not be liable if there should be any lost or damaged items from supplier to Singapore.
~ Please do not post orders for OOS or postpone delivery items.
~ 1st payment will be after posting your orders
~ NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER
~ 2nd payment when items reach VpostUSA(for shipping cost) will payable and divided by units.
~ 3rd payment for normal or registered postage and envelope cost if applicable. Pls note that I will pay for the fees first (by trust) as I would not know cost until I reach Singpost. Kindly transfer the amount to me after I advise

1) Blk 149 Bedok Reservoir Road (weekdays after 7pm, weekends to be arranged)
2) Tanah Merah MRT (about 6.20pm weekdays)
3) Sengkang MRT (the following week after items reach me as I need to pass to bf every Sunday about 2pm Mon-Sat, seldom Sun to be arranged)
4) Normal / Registered mail every Wed (Registered mail additional $2.24) I will not be liable for any lost/damaged mail. Postage and envelope charge will be payable.
